Business Massage Company is run by Pauline Baxter, founder and owner of PoSitive Body Health and  Academy of On Site Massage.

Good health is important to us all yet as we get older we try and fit more and more into the day whether work or personal life or usually, both. These demands are often to the detriment of personal health and wellbeing.

As specialist providers of Massage At Work we know and have seen how effective massage can be.

We provide fully qualified, insured and experienced practitioners and tailor the Massage At Work service according to your requirements, including number of employees, appointment length per person and frequency of service. We will provide a proposal with the most suitable options.

Seated Acupressure (On Site) Massage is an excellent addition to any health and wellbeing strategy.

Our highly trained and experienced massage practitioner will come to your place of work. They provide their own equipment including an ultra comfortable massage chair. 

Before your massage the practitioner will carry out a health questionnaire to ensure the massage is right for you.

During the massage you remain fully clothed whilst the practitioner works on the back, neck, shoulders & arms.

After the massage you feel GREAT!

Appointments can be from 15 to 30 minutes leave employees  relaxed yet alert and refreshed. This can be extremely beneficial to productivity!

A typical day of massage can  include 24 appointments (15 mins each).

For larger numbers of employees there is the option of Massage At Your Desk (see below).

When you have quite a large number of employees it can be quite hard to imagine how on earth you would be able to provide massage for everyone.

So what can you do?

Massage At Your Desk is an excellent way of providing massage for a large number of employees. It can be used as a 'one off' thank you to staff or on a regular basis.

How does it work?

The practitioner will spend 10 minutes with each person, concentrating mainly on the upper back, neck and shoulders. All we need is access to a suitable desk and ordinary chair , ideally away from others and with ventilation. 

Even 10 minutes can have an amazing impact including;

  • improved motivation and concentration leading to greater productivity

  • shows employer commitment to the health & wellbeing of employees

  • it is cost effective

  • we comes to you

  • minimal disruption to the working day BUT maximum positive effect.


...because massage IS our business

We have been asked if it is possible to have an oil based back massage at work. The answer is simply, yes :-)

Seated Therapeutic Massage (STM) is a fantastic addition to our services.

As with the through the clothes massage, STM can either be a more relaxing or more targeted massage to help reduce tension in the back, neck and shoulders.

The convenience of the massage chair allows us to carry out a wonderful oil based back massage with only a small amount of additional equipment. The oil is carefully applied for the massage and cleaned off at the end. 

For privacy purposes we do require a private room that has facilities to cover windows/glass doors and the option to lock the door (to prevent any unwanted/accidental access) and room ventilation.
